our mission

comfortpurses.org

My husband Dave and I provide our Comfort Purses and Bro Bags to City of Hope Cancer Center, Hoag Cancer Center Irvine, Hoag Cancer Institute Newport Beach, Providence St. Joseph Hospital, Todd Memorial Cancer Center, and Los Alamitos Hospital Infusion.

The Nurse Navigators and Social Workers give our Comfort Purses and Bro Bags to the patients. This has not only been very effective in softening the reality of their new diagnosis and opening the lines of communication, but also allowing us to provide comfort items to those who have been battling cancer for a longer period of time. Knowing that our Comfort purses and Bro Bags will help make their difficult days more bearable, is why we do what we do.
